Any orders placed after 8:00am will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 8:00am on Friday will be processed on Monday.
2nd Day Air shipping takes 2 full business days to arrive at destination. Holidays and weekends are not included. If an order is placed Thursday after 8:00am, it will not be processed until the next business day (Friday). Orders will not arrive until the 2nd business day which could be Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. Orders placed after 8:00am on Fridays will not be processed until Monday. If you need an item by a specific date, please call 1-800-426-4725 and speak with an associate about your options. We strive to process and complete orders within 24 hrs. of receipt (excluding holidays and weekends). Please note that we are not responsible for delays while in transit with the carriers (UPS/USPS) once the items leave our facility.
Shipping charges are based on US CONUS only. All orders to Alaska or Hawaii are charged at the 2nd Day Air rate for GROUND Shipping. Expedited shipping charges are additional. For shipping of SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS to Alaska or Hawaii, please call for rates.
International shipping is available. Rates will vary based on destination and delivery time. Please note: The WPAOG Gift Shop is not responsible for any additional customs charges that may be incurred or any delays in delivery to an international address.
Effective November 29, 2018, The Gift Shop will charge applicable sales tax for packages shipped to the following states: CA, CO, GA, IL, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, VA, WA.
We accept returns and exchanges up to 60 days from the purchase date. Reunion, Clearance items, and Special Orders* are final sale. There is no exception to this rule.
Please use the packing slip/invoice enclosed with your original order or a note with the invoice reference number. For size or style exchanges, please enclose an additional $5.00 for exchange and shipping purposes.
*Exceptions apply for all special order items. You have up to 30 days to contact us about your special order item if it was received damaged. Additional charges may apply. We cannot guarantee that every special order item is eligible for returns or exchanges.
