1. How do I find what I'm looking to buy?
To find items quickly use our search engine from any page on our website. You can enter the product name or number or keyword relating to the products that you want.
2. When will I receive my order?
Internet orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders received on Fridays after 8:00am EST will be processed on the following Monday. If you need your order to ship 2nd Day call The Gift Shop directly. Orders taken over the phone will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Special Order items vary. Please read the product description for the item for estimated arrival or call us. All orders for upcoming Reunions are for pre-order and will not be available until your reunion. If you are attending please select ‘Pick-Up’ on the checkout page. All reunion memorabilia is final sale.
4. How do I pay for my order?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for all online, phone, mail, and in-store orders. Checks can be mailed to the WPAOG Gift Shop, Building 698 Mills Road, West Point, NY 10996.
5. How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping and Handling costs vary based on the total order, destination address, and method of delivery. Alaska and Hawaii shipping rates are charge at the 2nd Day Delivery rate for ground shipping, expedited shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an additional charge. Please call for Overnight rates.
6. How do I exchange an item?
There is a 60-day policy, beginning from the purchase date, for all returns and exchanges. Please include the packing slip enclosed with your original order. If that is not available, include a note with your order number. For size and style exchanges, additional shipping is required. For more information please review our Shipping & Returns page.
7. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is added to orders that are shipped to the following states: Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Washington.

9. How fast can I get my merchandise?
We do ship UPS ground, 2nd day, or overnight for those last minute gifts. Please call The Gift Shop regarding overnight deliveries. We also ship to APO's, FPO's, DPO's and international via the U.S. Postal Service. All orders to Alaska or Hawaii are charged at the 2nd Day Air rate for GROUND Shipping. Expedited shipping charges are additional. For shipping of SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS to Alaska or Hawaii, please call for rates.
10. Can we ship a package to another person?
We can ship all of your Birthday, Anniversary and Christmas gifts - with a gift card and gift wrap (at an extra charge). Call The Gift Shop directly for details on gift wrapping.
11. What are your store hours?
Our store is open Monday through Friday 10:00AM to 5:00PM EST. Our internet store is open 7 days a week 365 days a year.
